[DNA] [Fwd: I-D ACTION:draft-narayanan-dna-hosts-bcp-00.txt]

A new draft BCP for hosts performing DNA has been
added to the repository.

This document was originated with draft-narayanan-dna-bcp-01
and has been broken into two components (hosts and routers)
based on feedback at IETF61.

This new document focusses on host issues for DNA,
using existing protocols.

Please read this document, and comment on-list.

	Title : Detecting Network Attachment in IPv6 - Best Current
			  Practices for hosts

Hosts experiencing rapid link-layer changes may require further
    configuration change detection procedures than more traditional fixed
    hosts. DNA is defined as the process by which a host collects
    appropriate information and detects the identity of its currently
    attached link to ascertains the validity of its IP configuration.
