[DNA] Design team discussion document available

Dear WG,

The DNA design team put out a Discussion document
which outlines the principles as to the design of DNA
solutions.

It covers the pros and cons of each technology
and also provides some new ideas which were
developed within the Design Team.

Performance measures are made for each of the protocols,
for comparison purposes.

It outlines how example technologies may be combined
to form a complete DNA protocol and matches these
against the DNA goals.

I have been informed that this document is intended to
support decisions made by the working group in choosing
a DNA solution.

Please comment with your opinions or questions
after you have read the document.
